Warehouse Manager

Revomed Group (https://www.revomed.co.th/) is a leading manufacturing company and affiliated company of BioActive Plus, specializing in OEM/ODM manufacturing across healthcare, wellness, and beauty products.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, on-time fulfillment, cost effectiveness, and compliance with GMP and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations covering raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, proper FIFO/FEFO, batch/lot traceability, and expiry control.
• Manage warehouse capacity, layout, manpower, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, QA/QC requirements, safety standards, and company SOPs.
• Manage inventory transactions and controls through ERP/WMS.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, QA/QC, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth material and product flow.
• Lead stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies, losses, and operational issues.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive process improvement, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Lead, develop, and manage the warehouse team.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of warehouse experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, healthcare, FMCG, or consumer products is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability, and ERP/WMS.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional management skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
