Job Description
Job Duties:
- Establish warehouse strategies, plans and activities that support organization's objectives.
- Able to identify and implement solutions in warehousing
- Optimizing warehouse operation and driving value creation for both clients and company
- Maximize inventory accuracies through maintaining close lines with different functional groups .
- Execution of cycle count program and resolving any inventory variances.
- Ensure optimal warehouse space optimization
- Take an active role in site workload planning and volume forecasting (i.e. staffing, equipment, space)
- Drive logistics process improvement initiatives
- Ensure safety methods, practices and programs are implemented and maintained.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma preferably in Supply Chain Management
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management System
- Min 10 years experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
- Min 5 years managerial experience in warehousing management
- Good people management skill
