Warehouse Manager

Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Manager, where you will oversee operations to guarantee efficient material handling, ensuring seamless production support and upholding safety and inventory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse personnel to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Supervise receiving, kitting, and shipment activities in alignment with production plans. Implement and manage inventory controls to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels. Ensure accurate maintenance and reconciliation of the SAP system and physical stock counts. Uphold safety standards and maintain 5S practices within the warehouse. Coordinate with the Facilities department for store equipment maintenance. Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality departments to facilitate smooth operations. Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and ensure proper documentation of all deliveries. Conduct monthly and quarterly stock audits.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing warehouse setting. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office familiarity with SAP is advantageous. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
