Warehouse Senior Manager, Resin

Our growing company is looking to fill the role of Legal Senior Manager , Warehouse resin. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. Job description

1.Manage raw material planning by reviewing production schedules and raw material procurement plans to ensure alignment with market demand, machine capacity, and raw material price trends; this ensures efficient execution of production plans and keeps product costs within target limits.

2.Manage raw material and packaging inventories by reviewing and approving purchase orders and imports to ensure alignment with production plans; organize storage areas according to the nature of hazardous and flammable chemicals; and maintain appropriate safety stock levels to effectively control costs, interest expenses, and other related expenditures.

3.Manage product delivery operations by monitoring and controlling inventory levels to ensure they are appropriate and sufficient to meet market demand. Track deliveries to ensure accuracy regarding the destination and timing—meeting customer requirements or specified schedules—so that customers receive the correct products exactly as needed.

4.Manage goals, work plans, and strategies—establishing key objectives and strategic approaches—while guiding subordinates in formulating action plans to achieve these goals in alignment with company policy; monitor and evaluate performance, ensuring operations remain within the approved budget.

5.Personnel development within the unit by promoting and supporting continuous training and learning—covering job-related technical skills, safety, occupational health and environmental standards, and management practices—to ensure staff possess the necessary expertise and can perform their duties efficiently.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree / Master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Science
2. Experience : At least 5 years up of experience in inventory or production planning, including experience with tank farm operations in a chemical manufacturing plant is an advantage.
3. Skill : Experience in reducing inventory holding costs, improving sales forecast accuracy, or implementing automation/AI within ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
4. Skill : Knowledge of production planning and control, inventory and warehouse management, and distribution operations.
5. Skill : Familiarity with ISO quality standards and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management systems. Strong communication and presentation skills
6. Skill : Decision-making. Knowledgeable regarding chemical storage (tank farms and drums), chemical and flammability hazards, explosion-proof systems, and water-based fire protection systems.
7. Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday; off every other Saturday and every Sunday. ( )
