Warehouse Supervisor (Chinese speaking)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor (Chinese speaking) to join our team at WCFO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and coordinating closely with Chinese management.

• Operations Management: Plan, control, and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of raw materials and finished goods.
• Inventory Control: Supervise inbound processes, inspect quantities and conditions of goods, and manage proper storage and issuance.
• System Management: Maintain and monitor accurate and up-to-date data in WMS / ERP and SAP systems, ensuring seamless inventory tracking and stock movements.
• Process Improvement: Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for warehouse standards.
• Problem Solving: Monitor and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, receiving/issuing errors, missing/damaged goods, and system abnormalities.
• Safety & Reporting: Ensure warehouse safety compliance, adhere to relevant regulations and policies, and report operational performance directly to Chinese management.
• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Chinese Language, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing/factory environment.
• Proficient in using SAP and WMS / ERP systems.
• Good computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in Chinese (Minimum HSK Level 4) to effectively communicate with management.
