Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accurate stock control and timely order fulfillment. Collaborate across teams to maintain safety and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Allocate tasks and manage warehouse manpower to optimize productivity and meet operational targets
• Monitor stock accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory integrity
• Implement proper stock rotation and maintain warehouse housekeeping standards to ensure safety and orderliness
• Manage inbound and outbound processes with strong control over stock movement and accuracy
• Oversee picking accuracy and ensure timely order fulfillment to meet customer requirements
• Supervise warehouse assistants and part-time staff, providing guidance and support for operational tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate effectively with Logistics, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflows
• Report operational challenges and stock discrepancies promptly to the Warehouse Manager for resolution

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Proven experience in inventory control, stock taking, and warehouse operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience handling FMCG products or food distribution to support product-specific operational needs
• Strong team management and communication skills to lead diverse warehouse teams
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
