About the Role:
We are looking for a Website Optimization Specialist with experience in enhancing user experience and conversion rates for nonprofit digital ecosystems. You will play a key role in improving web content and design, ensuring the website is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and structured for maximum engagement and conversion, particularly for donation pages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct website audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Enhance the structure, navigation, and overall user experience of the website.
- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies and analyze user behavior.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize content for SEO and improve conversion rates.
- Work with technical teams to resolve issues affecting site performance and functionality.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in website optimization with a focus on nonprofit organizations.
- Strong experience with CRO strategies and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and how it applies to web structure and content.
- Experience working with nonprofit fundraising or advocacy websites is a plus.
