Analyze campaign and platform performance using data-driven insights to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness.
Lead content strategy and execution, ensuring engaging, on-brand communication that drives customer acquisition and retention.
Manage digital marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
Oversee KOL/influencer partnerships and affiliate programs to maximize reach and conversion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, brand, and trade marketing teams to align on campaign objectives and execution.
Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior shifts to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably within FMCG, F&B, or Health & Wellness industries.
Proven track record in managing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and social commerce ecosystems.
Strong expertise in digital tools including Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and related platforms.
Hands-on experience in KOL management and affiliate marketing programs.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent content development and storytelling capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
