Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across all product categories to drive traffic, conversion, and sales growth.
  • Manage and optimize performance across all major e-commerce and social commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, LINE, Facebook, and other emerging channels.
  • Analyze campaign and platform performance using data-driven insights to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness.
  • Lead content strategy and execution, ensuring engaging, on-brand communication that drives customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee KOL/influencer partnerships and affiliate programs to maximize reach and conversion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, brand, and trade marketing teams to align on campaign objectives and execution.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior shifts to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably within FMCG, F&B, or Health & Wellness industries.
  • Proven track record in managing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and social commerce ecosystems.
  • Strong expertise in digital tools including Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and related platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in KOL management and affiliate marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent content development and storytelling capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Agile, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
