About GoWabi

GoWabi is a leading beauty, wellness, and healthcare platform in Thailand, connecting customers with salons, spas, clinics, and wellness businesses.

We are expanding GoWabi POS, an all-in-one business management platform designed to help service businesses manage appointments, customers, employees, commissions, payments, reporting, and customer retention.

We are looking for an experienced B2B software salesperson who can build strong relationships with business owners, understand their operational needs, and help them improve their businesses using GoWabi POS.

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales role for an experienced B2B salesperson with a proven ability to prospect, demonstrate software, manage opportunities, and close new business.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from identifying potential merchants and conducting product demonstrations to handling objections, negotiating, and closing paid subscriptions.

The role also offers future leadership opportunities for someone who consistently performs well and demonstrates the ability to coach and support other sales team members.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new GoWabi POS customers.
Build relationships with owners and decision-makers at salons, spas, clinics, fitness studios, and wellness businesses.
Understand each merchant's business operations, challenges, and priorities.
Conduct consultative product demonstrations tailored to each prospective customer.
Manage objections, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing.
Develop new opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and field visits.
Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Customer Success team to support a smooth onboarding process.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the Product and Commercial teams.
Contribute to sales scripts, demonstrations, processes, and best practices.
Support and mentor junior sales team members as the business grows.

What We're Looking For

At least 3-4 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience selling SaaS, POS, payment solutions, CRM, booking software, accounting software, or other business technology solutions.
A proven sales track record with measurable results.
Experience selling directly to SME owners and business decision-makers.
Strong prospecting, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to explain software and technical features in clear business terms.
A consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs.
Strong follow-up, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
Fluent in Thai.
Currently based in Thailand.
Comfortable traveling to customer locations across Bangkok and surrounding areas.

Preferred Experience

Experience selling technology to salons, spas, clinics, restaurants, retailers, or other service businesses.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales representatives.
Experience creating sales scripts, demonstration processes, or territory plans.
Familiarity with the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or SME technology sectors.
