Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Ascertain recruitment requirements by evaluating organizational development plans.
- Develop & maintain long term relationship with existing accounts by ensuring on time & quality delivery.
- Work closely with the client to identify & obtain qualified Job requirements.
- Promote and build relationships with existing/prospective clients, resources.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management.
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment A Strong Performer.
- Ability to undertake full recruiting life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc.)
- Manage required documentation related to various tasks.
- Initiate New Client acquisition by adopting ethical market tapping strategies & by promoting company offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Open for Fresh Graduates.)
- 2-3 years of business experience (Preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
Salary: 18,00022,000 THB per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
