Responsibilities:
- To deliver successful sales results to achieve business target.
- To execute and implement sales activities for value selling, product promotion, key account management, complaint handling, technical issues resolving, price negotiation & demand forecast accuracy management.
- To identify impactful new business opportunities for existing and new products through engagement with potential customers at all levels, driving opportunities to rapid success.
- To build long term and strong partnerships with key accounts while developing a trust relationship at all levels of the account(s)
- To work closely with regional cross function teams & customers to ensure effective internal and external communication that support business growth in Thailand.
Qualifications
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, particularly in electronics industry or related products of printed circuit board (PCB) or flexible circuit board (FPC) industry would be plus.
- Bachelor or higher in Chemistry/Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration/Marketing/Art or equivalent.
- Experience in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) or Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) industry is a plus.
- Fluent English communication both in oral and writing.
- Mandarin language ability is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good project management skill
- Willing to travel within Thailand & abroad.
