Campaign Strategy and Management
- Design comprehensive influencer marketing strategies with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
- Work hand-in-hand with our creative team to develop authentic content that stays true to brand values
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Track campaign performance and keep clients informed with regular progress updates
Leading and Developing Your Team
- Guide junior team members and share your expertise to help them grow professionally
- Streamline processes and workflows to help the team work more effectively
- Create a supportive environment where everyone can contribute their best work
Staying Ahead of Industry Trends
- Keep up with the latest developments in influencer marketing and social media platforms
- Research competitors to identify new opportunities and refine our approach
- Share valuable insights with the team to continuously improve our services
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital agencies or influencer marketing
- Understanding of how AI tools can enhance influencer marketing workflows
- Demonstrated success in managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and the digital marketing ecosystem
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse personalities
- Excellent negotiation skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and focus on achieving results
- Fluency in both English and Thai
