Accounting and Finance Manager

Manpower is partnering with a growing organization with approximately THB 500 Million annual revenue to identify a high-caliber Accounting & Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who is ready to go beyond traditional accounting responsibilities and become a trusted business partner to the CEO and commercial team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening financial governance, optimizing business processes, driving ERP implementation, and leading back-office operations to support the company's next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Accounting & Finance functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
• Partner closely with the CEO and Commercial team to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations that support business decisions.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and enhance accounting policies, financial controls, and standard operating procedures to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
• Drive ERP implementation and lead finance transformation projects, including process improvements and system optimization.
• Supervise and oversee Back Office Support functions to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Monitor statutory and tax compliance, ensuring adherence to local accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare management reports and business performance analyses for executive leadership.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to improve business processes and support organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• CPD or CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations.
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation, or establishment of accounting frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Strong business partnering experience with senior leadership, commercial teams, or business units.
• Experience overseeing back-office operations or shared services functions is highly preferred.
• Sound knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to drive change and influence across functions.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and expanding business environment.
