Assistant Business Development Manager (Chinese Enterprise)

Job Description:

• Sales target orientated, complete key performance indicators in accordance with the sales mission plan
• Assist in timely response and follow up with business opportunities, sales clues and sales consulting, and convert to sales orders
• Take the lead in preparing sales-related materials, including product descriptions, documentation, contracts, and processes
• Regularly organize and summarize the progress of business opportunities, work progress and other documents
• Develop customer development strategies, analyze regularly, propose optimization plans, and be responsible for implementation
• Develop new customers, new business opportunities, and establish and strengthen business connections with potential corporate customers
• Work closely with CMI internal resources to develop business solutions and proposals and to maximize customer satisfaction and business opportunities – marketing, presales and others

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in business development, enterprise sales, or account management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with Chinese enterprises and corporate clients.
• Good understanding of telecommunications products, network technologies, and enterprise solutions.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with fluency in Mandarin Chinese to engage effectively with Chinese enterprise clients.
