Role Description The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok for Thai nationals only. This position supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including supervising staff, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring consistent service standards. The role involves monitoring food and beverage quality, managing customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction. The Assistant Restaurant Manager also assists with staff training, inventory control, and implementation of company policies to achieve operational efficiency and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations and restaurant service standards.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members and interacting with guests.
• Knowledge of Hiring processes, including interviewing and onboarding frontline staff.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
• English and Thai fluency is important.
