Associate PR Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced PR Account Manager to join our client, a PR Agency in Bangkok. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on PR professional who can manage client relationships, lead integrated communications campaigns and deliver high-quality content and events.

Responsibilities:

Account & Client Management

• Lead day-to-day account management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Act as the key client contact, building trusted and long-term relationships.
• Lead internal and client meetings, manage deliverables and provide clear progress reports.
• Oversee media monitoring, media pitching, coverage reports and campaign performance.
• Manage client events, logistics and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and account profitability.
• Identify and resolve client or operational challenges proactively.

Strategy & Communications

• Provide strategic PR and communications counsel to clients.
• Conduct research, competitor analysis, audience profiling and trend monitoring.
• Develop messaging, narratives and communications strategies.
• Identify potential reputational and campaign risks and recommend solutions.
• Support media training and preparation for senior client spokespeople.
• Participate in client presentations, business development and renewal discussions.

Content & Media

• Develop press releases, FAQs, media materials, presentations, speeches, talking points and digital content.
• Create strong media hooks, headlines and stories that generate audience interest.
• Adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
• Build and maintain strong media relationships and opportunities.

Digital & AI

• Use AI and emerging digital tools thoughtfully to improve research, ideation and content development.
• Stay up to date with digital trends and new technologies while maintaining strong strategic and creative judgment.

What We are Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant PR / communications experience, ideally with agency or automotive experience.
• Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Excellent writing, organisational and presentation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident working independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable managing events, media relations and external partners.
• Digitally savvy with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Must be able to drive and should have a driving license.
