AVP Corporate Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced strategic leader to drive corporate strategy development and long-term growth initiatives across Siam Piwat Group.

This role will play a key part in shaping the Group's strategic direction by identifying growth opportunities, evaluating market trends, developing strategic initiatives, and providing recommendations to senior leadership. The position will also contribute to portfolio planning, retail and property development strategies, business expansion opportunities, strategic partnerships, and sustainable value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy formulation and strategic planning for the Group.
• Conduct market, industry, competitive, and consumer trend analysis.
• Identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities across the business portfolio.
• Drive strategy execution, governance, and performance tracking.
• Develop executive-level business cases, strategic recommendations, and presentation materials.
• Partner closely with senior executives to support key strategic decisions.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Investment, Property Development, or Business Development.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience working with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial analysis, business case development, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience in retail, property development, shopping mall, mixed-use development, or real estate businesses will be highly advantageous.
