Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic lead responsible for scaling brand presence and driving commercial success across both digital and physical landscapes. This is a high-impact leadership role that bridges the gap between digital-first consumer storytelling (B2C) and high-stakes retail partnerships (B2B). You will lead a talented creative team in elevating our brand and exclusive partner portfolios, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the Gen Z and Millennial skincare market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full-Funnel Strategy: Own the end-to-end marketing funnel, driving brand positioning, storytelling, and communication strategies that convert awareness into long-term loyalty.
  • Platform Ecosystem Management: Lead the team in managing official brand accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LINE OA, and Website), ensuring cohesive and trend-setting content.
  • Content & Virality: Oversee campaign calendars and social-first initiatives designed to trigger viral engagement and community growth.
  • Influencer & Community: Strategize KOL/influencer partnerships and User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns to build authentic brand authority and community trust.
  • Performance Marketing: Oversee paid media budgets (Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.) to optimize ROI, drive web traffic, and accelerate follower growth.
  • Retail Partnerships: Build and execute high-performance joint marketing plans with major beauty retail partners and specialty stores to maximize sell-through.
  • In-Store Excellence: Develop visual merchandising strategies, point-of-sale displays, sampling programs, and pop-up events to maximize physical retail impact.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor moves, skincare trends, and category insights to capture new growth opportunities.
  • Team Mentorship: Lead and develop an internal team of content creators and graphic designers, fostering a culture of creative excellence and professional growth.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue targets and inventory turnover.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular insights, data-driven forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team.
  • Agency Management: Orchestrate external partners (PR, Media Buying, Influencer Seeding, and Events) to ensure high-quality delivery on budget and on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the beauty, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong in Design VMA/VMD and Branding.
  • Proven track record in trade marketing and managing relationships with modern trade or specialty beauty stores.
  • Deep understanding of the social commerce ecosystem (TikTok Shop, Shopee) and digital performance metrics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and clear ROI reports.
  • Passionate about skincare, cosmetics, and the evolving habits of Gen Z/Millennial consumers.
  • Experience with website platforms (Shopify, Wix, or WooCommerce) is a strong plus.
  • Professional fluency in Thai and English is required.
