Overview

Responsible for driving the growth, positioning, and overall performance of fashion retail brands in Thailand. Acts as the key bridge between global direction and local market execution, ensuring strategies are adapted to Thai consumer trends while delivering strong commercial and operational results.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute brand strategies tailored to the Thailand market, aligned with global direction
  • Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional calendars
  • Analyze local market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to drive decisions
  • Lead localized marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and sales performance
  • Partner with retail teams to enhance in-store experience, visual merchandising, and customer engagement
  • Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Manage product assortment, stock levels, and pricing strategies based on local demand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) and key stakeholders
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Support store operations, new store openings, and ensure compliance with operational standards

  • What Equips You for the Role

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion or related field
    • 5–7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in fashion/retail
    • Experience managing brands within Thailand or Southeast Asia markets
    • Strong understanding of Thai consumer behavior and market trends
    • Proven track record in driving marketing campaigns and business growth
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead initiatives independently
