Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Growth Strategy:
- Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
- Create promotional calendars to maximize revenue (campaigns, bundles and launches).
- Forecast sales, track KPIs, and optimize budgets for highest ROI.
2. Performance Marketing Leadership:
- Oversee paid advertising (Meta, Google and TikTok Ads).
- Plan top-of-funnel, retargeting, and remarketing funnels.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing Specialist on weekly testing.
3. E-commerce & Website Optimization:
- Collaborate with E-commerce to improve conversion rate.
- Plan homepage layouts, product focus, and campaign landing pages.
4. CRM & Customer Retention:
- Oversee LINE/Message marketing and customer journey.
- Implement onboarding flows and loyalty rewards.
- Improve customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rate.
5. Content Direction:
- Brief creative team for product-focused visuals and ads.
- Approve promotional materials, banners, and product launch assets.
- Ensure creatives meet commercial goals and improve conversion.
Requirements:
- 4+ years marketing experience, ideally in fashion or e-commerce.
- Strong data-driven mindset.
- Proven track record driving online sales.
- Understanding of visual communication and content needs.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
