We are seeking a capable Business Analyst to support enterpriselevel system implementation projects in the banking and financial services sector. You will play a key role in bridging communication between business users and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather, clarify, and document business needs and requirements.
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure solutions align with expected outcomes.
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements or workflow automation.
- Support solution design, configuration activities, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the banking or financial services domain.
- Background in system implementation or integration projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and documentation skills.
- English communication skills, Japanese language ability (N3+) is a plus.
