Term: May – July 2026 or June – August 2026 (3 months)
Reporting Line: Reports directly to Chief of Representative – Thailand and Myanmar
Major Tasks and Activities:
- Performing market research and analysis on Real Estate, Healthcare, and other sectors that Swire operates in.
- Ad-hoc research and analysis relating to market or company drivers such as macroeconomics, geopolitics and regulation.
- Assisting Business Development team on preliminary study and project development.
- Preparing report and presentation for internal meetings.
- Manage third-party consultants (if any) to ensure project timeline and deliverables are met.
Requirements:
- Having the interests in business development and investment, especially in real estate and healthcare.
- Having strong research and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of commercial real estate finance and accounting principles preferred.
- Excellent analytical, written and interpersonal skills; attention to detail, adherence to deadlines and the ability to collaborate.
- Proficient in financial modelling and managing deal processes
- Comfortable with autonomy, willing to challenge the norm and have an enthusiastic startup mentality.
- Able to work across multiple job functions and eager to grow the business in Thailand and Myanmar
- Values integrity, discretion and curiosity
- Practical working experience and learning opportunities in an international environment
- Challenging task/assignment with professional mentor
