Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, offering flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, building lasting partnerships, managing accounts, and contributing to strategic business growth.

Compensation

This role is fully commission-based, designed for entrepreneurial individuals who want unlimited earning potential.

  • Flat fee commission on new accounts closed
  • 3–5% recurring commission on repeat orders from those accounts
  • Operate like a business owner within the company, with not capital investment. Build your own portfolio of clients and earn recurring commissions on the revenue you generate.
  • Flexible, remote-friendly role focused on results and partnerships

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and market analysis
  • Effective Communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficiency in Account Management and client retention strategies
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop growth opportunities
  • Experience in the fashion industry or a related field is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
