We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing recruitment team someone who enjoys meeting people, expanding new business opportunities, reviving and maintaining client accounts, and building long-term partnerships with organizations across various industries.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, securing profitable deals, and representing Adecco's recruitment and workforce solutions to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
What You'll Do
- Expand new business development and achieve sales targets.
- Revive and maintain existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate and secure the most profitable rates and service terms.
- Meet, present, and build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored recruitment and talent solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and accurate candidate delivery.
- Apply solution-selling, logical thinking, and market insights to win business.
- Demonstrate creativity, independence, and accountability in driving business success.
- Track and update sales activities and pipelines accurately in CRM.
