The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify potential affiliates/partners
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new affiliates/partners, ensuring a smooth transition
- Provide training and support to new affiliates/partners to help them understand our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates/partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates/partners, addressing their needs and concerns
- Follow up with leads allocated to you and convert them into affiliates/partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new affiliates/partners and increasing the deposit & trading volume of existing affiliates/partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliates/partners and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at affiliates/partners.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential affiliates/partners
Experience & Skills
- Candidates possess Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Banking or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial markets or FX/CFD industry
- Experience in acquiring and managing affiliates/partners is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required
- Able to make own initiative and strive towards the goals set
- Proficiently in English and Thai
