Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing industrial product channels in Thailand,including industrial supermarkets, hardware tool stores, wholesalers, distributors, and MRO end-user enterprises.
- Proactively build and maintain a target customer list,conducting both online and offline outreach, visits, and introductions of the company's products and services.
- Focus on developing key local clients and potential partners in Thailandand drive cooperation projects to implementation.
- Follow up on the full cooperation process,including product matching, sample testing, quotation communication, and order closing.
- Act as the company's local window in Thailand,gathering and reporting industrial market information, customer needs, and competitor movements.
- Assist the headquarters in forming localized marketing and channel strategies,offering input on product selection and promotion plans.
- Maintain regular communication with the China HQ team,reporting customer progress, market trends, and project developments.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of business development or channel expansion experience in Thailand's industrial products, hardware, tools, or MRO industry.
- Familiar with the Thai industrial product distribution system, including knowledge of localsupermarket, wholesale, and distributor networks.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with strong ability in client negotiation and follow-up.
- Highly self-disciplined and capable of independent market development, able to efficiently drive client acquisition.
- Language: Thai and English business communication ability; Chinese language skills are a plus.
