About the Role
Jaipuria Executive Education & Training is looking for a dynamic Business Development
Manager to drive corporate partnerships and expand our Executive Education portfolio. The role
involves acquiring new corporate clients, developing strategic relationships with HR and L&D
leaders, and promoting customized learning solutions, leadership programs, and Management
Development Programs (MDPs).
Key Responsibilities
● Drive business development for Executive Education and Corporate Training programs.
● Build and manage relationships with CHROs, L&D Heads, HR Leaders, and Business
Heads.
● Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals,
and industry engagement.
● Sell customized learning solutions, leadership development programs, MDPs, and
certification programs.
● Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for corporate clients.
● Collaborate with faculty and internal teams to design client-centric learning interventions.
● Achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
● Represent Jaipuria at corporate events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen
brand visibility.
● Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat
business.
Desired Profile
● MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a recognized institution.
● 6 -15 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Executive
Education, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training.
● Strong network with HR, L&D, Talent Development, and Business
