Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to join our Global Business team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and managing high-value relationships with Multinational Corporations (MNCs). You will act as a key consultant, ensuring that our clients employee benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with global market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business growth and manage MNC client relationships within the Global Benefits Management practice by building strong pipelines and engaging with key decision-makers to identify upsell opportunities.
• Lead high-level benefits discussions and provide tailored recommendations by analyzing market trends, benchmarking data, and claim experiences to ensure clients programs remain competitive and effective.
• Oversee the implementation and administration of Life, Medical, and IPMI programs, including coordinating marketing efforts, insurer negotiations, and managing the full renewal cycle for multiple clients.
• Ensure precision in enrollment, renewal processing, and documentation while validating premium billing and reconciling accounts to maintain high standards of compliance and financial accuracy.
• Act as the primary consultant for client HR teams through strategic communication (HR handbooks) and provide expert resolution for complex claims, billing discrepancies, or escalated service issues.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employee benefits or group insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Life, Medical, and Group Insurance products; ability to interpret complex plan designs and utilization reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and benefit administration platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills—able to present to executives and support end users.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
