Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the annual business development plan for the Thailand region to achieve rapid growth in market share and revenue targets.
2. Client Development & Management: Proactively identify and visit potential corporate clients to establish long-term, stable cooperative relationships, and independently manage negotiations and contract signings with key accounts.
3. Channel Development: Develop, manage, and support the local distributor or agent network, providing them with training and market resources.
4. Market Insight: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the region, providing timely feedback to headquarters to support decision-making.
5. Cross-team Collaboration: Act as the regional representative, working closely with headquarters product, marketing, and support teams to ensure effective fulfillment of client needs and promote product localization improvements.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with sales experience in printing industry or the PC, surveillance & security industries being preferred.
2. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficient in Thai and Chinese.
3. Proven experience in customer and channel management, with a verifiable track record of success.
4. Deep understanding of business culture and practices in Southeast Asia.
5. Strong self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and adaptability.
