Job Description
Build the Thailand market from 0 to 1. You will be one of the first sales hires, responsible for creating the initial customer base and establishing the company's presence in Thailand.
Key Responsibility :
- Drive New Business: Proactively prospect, cold call, network and approach schools, universities, tutoring centers and other education institutions across Thailand.
- Build the First Customer Base: Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing, converting prospects into long-term partners.
- Localize the Sales Approach: Understand the needs and challenges of Thai educators and tailor the company's value proposition to the local market.
- Provide Market Insights: Gather customer and market feedback and work closely with HQ to improve product, pricing and go-to-market strategy for Thailand.
What we are looking for :
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, SaaS or EdTech.
- Proven experience in new business development / hunting, with a strong track record of generating and closing new accounts.
- Experience selling to the education sector is highly preferred, especially tutoring centers, international schools or education institutions.
- Strong understanding of how education businesses operate and the ability to identify customer pain points and propose relevant solutions.
- Comfortable working in a 0-to-1 environment with high autonomy and ambiguity.
- English: Excellent professional communication skills for collaboration with regional and HQ teams.
