This role focuses on spearheading business growth and M&A initiatives within the Food, Retail, and Consumer Goods sectors by managing end-to-end project execution and aligning global stakeholders through strategic local partnerships.
Job description
- Pinpoint and cultivate fresh business prospects, specifically through project development and M&A.
- Concentrate efforts on the Food, Retail, and Consumer Goods industries.
- Lead initiatives from the initial development phase through to final execution and results.
- Build and maintain high-level partnerships with local stakeholders to lock in competitive advantages.
- Act as a bridge between local leadership, Regional HQ, and the Head Office to ensure all initiatives are synchronized.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance and accounting or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years in Business Development or Project Management (End to end )
- Previous experience within the Food, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors.
- High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated analytical rigor paired with a proactive, self-starting approach to tasks.
- Proven track record in launching new ventures, managing teams, or navigating M&A and technical projects.
