About the Role
CHANEL Thailand is looking for a Communications Coordinator to support the execution of press, media, and public relations activities across the brand. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day communications operations, supporting press releases, media coverage tracking, PR events, and administrative coordination. The position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop experience within a luxury brand environment.

Press Release Distribution
Coordinate the internal approval process for press releases and ensure timely distribution
Distribute press releases via wire services, email communications, and direct media outreach
Track press release distribution and maintain accurate records and documentation
Press Coverage & Clippings
Monitor print, online, and broadcast media for coverage of the brand, campaigns, and executives
Compile daily and weekly press clippings and media coverage reports
Maintain a well‑organized archive of press coverage and PR outcomes
Event Coordination
Support the planning and execution of PR events, media briefings, and press conferences
Coordinate event logistics including venue booking, guest lists, catering, and audio‑visual requirements
Provide on‑site support such as event setup, guest registration, and general event assistance
Administrative & Coordination Support
Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the communications team
Coordinate gifting initiatives and dining arrangements for press, KOLs, and PR partners
Prepare expense reports, process invoices, and maintain departmental records
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Support the team with general office and administrative duties as required

What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in an administrative, communications, or PR support role is an advantage. Newly graduated candidates are also welcome.
Written and verbal communication fluency in both Thai and English
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively as well as high attention to detail with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
Able to start with a 1-year contract first with possiblity for contract renewal or conversion.
