This position is for K2 Data Centres, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited, based in Thailand, Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordination on and off-site activities of the design, engineering and project delivery teams which include consultants, suppliers and contractors and project delivery.
- Review all Technical Design & Engineering deliverables for technical content, drawing quality and adherence to code/project requirements
- Project management and oversight of construction related activities for new builds or general capital projects. This will include the ownership of the project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Clear alignment for each project and defining successful indicators based on project scope and customer needs prior to project initiation.
- Evaluate project risk on design intent/purpose, delivery programme and cost optimization
- Total project quality including the assisting with commissioning and integrated system testing and oversight of the execution of the project.
- Personally conduct job-site inspections to ensure projects are adhering to specifications and design intent
- Perform other duties as assigned or instructed
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical from an accredited College or University
- Master's Degree or other advanced education is preferred
- Professional Registration as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with the Council of Engineers Thailand (COET)
- 12 years minimum experience in electrical engineering design for data centres
- 5 years minimum experience working in professional MEP company for data centres
- Lead design consultant experience on successful / large scale >10MW data centre project
- Lead Project Manager experience on successful / large scale >10MW data centre project
