The Creative Content role is responsible for developing and producing engaging content to promote the brand and products across social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. This role focuses on driving engagement and sales while staying aligned with consumer behavior and current content trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate creative ideas and produce content (video, photo, captions) for social media platforms
- Develop concepts and storyboards for each piece of content
- Shoot and edit videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Ensure all content aligns with brand direction and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with Marketing, KOL, and Ad Operations teams to optimize content performance
- Analyze content performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply them effectively to the brand
- Support content production for campaigns and new product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or a strong portfolio)
- 1–3 years of experience in Content Creation or Creative roles
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms
- Ability to shoot and edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva
- Creative mindset with a solid understanding of digital content trends
- Confident personality and comfortable appearing on camera (preferred)
