Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Customer Service team, ensuring strong performance and customer focus
  • Oversee order management to ensure timely, accurate processing and delivery
  • Manage customer interactions - escalations and critical issues
  • Monitor KPIs, drive forecast accuracy and support planning activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer data and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Support audits and key customer interactions as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in customer service or sales support ideally in industrial or manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluent in Thai and English
