Business Development & Data Analyst (CMDU True Visions)
To support business growth and strategic planning for the CMDU business unit by analyzing commercial data, customer insights, and market trends related to B2B clients such as condominiums, apartments, hotels, and property developers. This role provides actionable intelligence to enhance revenue, customer retention, and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and forecast business data related to the performance of CMDU services (e.g., ARPU, revenue trends, churn rate, expenses and customer behavior)
- Develop reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making by sales and management teams
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and support pricing/package optimization, including sales planning
- Manage and improve BI tools and internal analytics platforms to monitor KPIs
- Identify and support new business development opportunities, including untapped real estate projects and commercial buildings
- Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports to CMDU leader team and senior management
- Track and evaluate the performance of CRM campaigns, upselling/cross-selling strategies, and customer lifecycle initiatives
Tools & Technologies:
- Microsoft Office: Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, Word, Google Sheets
- SQL / BigQuery (preferred)
- Power BI / Tableau
- CRM tools (Salesforce or internal True platforms - ICX/TVSCC and SmartUI)
- Python for data processing (optional, a plus)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- 24 years in business/data analysis, business development, or strategy in telecom, pay TV, property tech, or B2B services
Skills
- Data analysis & interpretation, KPI monitoring, business storytelling, dashboard creation, cross-functional communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with B2B models or commercial property markets (residential/commercial buildings, hospitality)
- Experience in business transformation, automation, or analytics-related project management
- Understanding of product ROI analysis or pricing strategies in telecom/media services
