What is your mission 

As a Digital Marketing Sales Specialist, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats.

  • Engage with customers through telephone-based sales techniques to respond to their support inquiries aligning with established training, standards, and policies, including, but not limited to – Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
  • Provide expert diagnosis, resolution, and issue tracking for end users based on guidelines, documentation, and scripts.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to guide customers in onboarding, developing, and optimizing advertising campaigns through Phone call
  • Identify and understand customer needs and objectives through consultative sales interactions
  • Take responsibility for driving increased ad spend, upselling, and ensuring the sustainability of customer accounts
  • Manage a high volume of clients to meet sales targets and objectives

 

Who are we looking for
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience in Consultative/Solution selling and/or Digital Marketing
  • Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
  • Passionate about sales and has a genuine interest for online marketing

  • Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
  • Speaks native Thai, good at English
  • Willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur
