Digital Transformation Manager

Drive operational optimization, business process re-engineering, and digital strategy across key enterprise functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process re-engineering (BPR) and digital transformation initiatives across multiple operational units.

• Partner closely with the IT department to align business strategy with technology roadmaps, including automation, low-code, and AI-enabled solutions.

• Establish, promote, and execute regional process improvement frameworks, performance metrics, and governance standards.

• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and secure stakeholder buy-in.

• Identify structural process gaps using operational data and implement scalable, tech-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Industry Background: Experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare is strongly preferred.

• IT & Process Expertise: Proven background working within or alongside an IT department to deliver technology-enabled process optimization.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Track record of planning and executing initiatives spanning multiple business units.

• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and direct multi-level stakeholders across an organization.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) or equivalent process improvement accreditation.

• Hands-on experience integrating data analytics or AI tools into enterprise workflows.
