This role is critical in modernizing legacy operations and strengthening a performance-driven manufacturing culture across the organization.
Job Description
- Lead overall manufacturing and operations functions, including production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
- Drive operational turnaround by improving productivity, efficiency, cost structure, and delivery performance.
- Improve product quality and manufacturing process capability to meet both domestic and export market requirements.
- Implement and embed Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices across the organization.
- Strengthen manufacturing discipline, standardization, and KPI-driven performance management.
- Work closely with the Board and senior leadership on operational strategy, execution priorities, and investment decisions.
- Build, coach, and develop a strong management team with clear accountability and ownership.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing process upgrades.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Over 15 years of manufacturing operations experience, preferably in automotive, injection, or related manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in manufacturing turnaround, operational excellence, and quality improvement.
- Strong hands-on experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Strong leadership and people management capability, with hands-on engagement at shop-floor level.
- Experience working closely with Board or senior leadership, with strong execution focus.
- Good command of Thai and English.
