Support production and plant operations by managing electrical systems, improving automation, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. This role focuses on maintaining equipment reliability, optimizing production performance, and supporting quality and safety standards.
Job Description
- Support Production Manager / Plant team in overseeing and controlling corrugated box manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality meets customer requirements
- Plan and manage production processes, including cost control and in-process quality inspection during printing and manufacturing
- Lead and manage electrical system projects in the factory to improve performance and reduce operational issues
- Develop and implement automation systems to enhance production efficiency
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Monitor and improve SOP, production processes, and factory quality systems
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GHPs, and FSC
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and develop team members to enhance technical capabilities
- Participate in company initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical, automation, manufacturing, or related engineering roles.
- Knowledge in electrical systems, industrial equipment, and automation systems
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards (ISO, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Good command of English in verbal and written (TOEIC > 550)
- Willing to work onsite at Thai Container Group Co., Ltd. (Pathum Thani)
