Engineer, Product Engineering (NPI)

Job Description

We are looking for Product Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on improving manufacturing processes and product quality through data-driven analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and analyze production data to identify root causes of issues and propose corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Work closely with teams across different departments, including Quality, Production, and Design, to implement solutions effectively.
• Assist in new product introduction and process validation activities.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product, process or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.

PREFERRED:

• Basic understanding of statistical process control and continuous improvement concepts.

SKILLS:

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with basic knowledge of root cause analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar) is a plus.
