Event Project Manager,Remote – 100%

This is a 100% remote, freelance/independent contractor position

+ You are

With minimum 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in event management roles, you're a business-minded professional who thrives in dynamic environments.
You have a proven track record managing events end to end and demonstrate capability in client relationship management and business development.
You bring an executive presence suitable for client interactions and possess exceptional tact and professionalism, even under pressure
Based in Thailand, with fluency in Thai and English, you see challenges as opportunities and bring both strategic thinking and operational excellence to every project (equally at ease behind a strategy deck or on-site, hands-on, lending support to the technical/AVL team during setup)

+ You will

Lead the complete project lifecycle from conception to post-event analysis, managing complex stakeholder relationships and ensuring exceptional delivery standards while driving business growth through proactive sales activities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead comprehensive RFP review and bid/proposal development, and conduct compelling client presentations to secure repeat business and referrals
Prepare accurate budgets with P&L responsibility, negotiate complex supplier contracts, and monitor project finances to optimize margins while maintaining strategic vendor relationships
Manage all aspects of event planning and execution with operational excellence, providing on-site leadership and handling real-time problem resolution while maintaining and exceeding quality standards
Serve as primary client contact building long-term strategic partnerships, proactively managing expectations and conducting comprehensive post-event follow-ups to strengthen relationships and identify future opportunities
Conduct comprehensive event evaluations and prepare detailed reports for senior management, leading initiatives for process improvement and innovation within the events management function
