CF Global Thailand is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function,
driving budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external

Reports To: CFO and Country Director
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and finalize budgets and business plans aligned with Company strategy
- Monitor financial performance against budget and provide actionable insights.
- Manage fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting
- Oversee fund management, including collections, payments, and cash flow optimization
- Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with banks, agents, customers, and other stakeholders
- Streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and support audits
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CA/ACCA qualification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and accounts.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
- In-depth knowledge of Thai financial regulations and compliance standards.
