Finance Manager

Client Background: A leading solutions provider, specializing in professional for diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations for one of the legal entities in Thailand. This strategic and hands-on role requires a finance leader who can provide deep financial insights, manage budgets across projects and cost centers, and ensure compliance with both local and international financial regulations (IFRS). The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the Country Head, driving business performance, supporting growth, and managing financial and operational risk.

Business Partnering

• Serve as the key financial advisor to the Country Head, delivering actionable insights on business performance, growth opportunities, and financial risks.
• Work closely with business and operational teams to ensure profitability and effective cost management.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the APAC SBU and Global HQ, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Ensure full compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), and International Financial Regulations (IFRS), the Civil and Commercial Code, the Revenue Code, and the Value Added Tax (VAT) Act, as well as all other applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Revenue Department.
• Lead coordination of statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.

Budget & Financial Management

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across projects and departments.
• Monitor budget performance and work with stakeholders to ensure delivery of cost-effective and profitable outcomes.

Requirement:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting roles; experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of TFRS, IFRS, tax laws, and compliance.
• Good command of English and Thai.

• Strong communication and leadership skills
