Finance Manager

Placement: Bangkok

Job Description:

• Oversee daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, payment control, and operational finance processes
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and month-end closing
• Handle tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax, and statutory submissions
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities
• Maintain accounting accuracy, internal controls, and SOP implementation
• Support management reporting, financial analysis, and business decision-making
• Partner closely with Operations and HR teams to support store expansion and business growth
• Coordinate with China HQ regarding financial reporting and operational matters
• Improve financial processes and operational efficiency during company expansion
  

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax roles
• Fluent in Mandarin Language, with working proficiency in Thai language.
• Prior experience as FAT Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager is preferred
• Experience in retail, chain business, F&B, beauty, wellness, or service industry is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of:Financial reporting, Thailand accounting standards, Tax compliance & VAT Cash flow management
• Hands-on and operationally strong profile
• Experience working in Chinese-funded companies is highly preferred
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, and problem-solving capability
• Able to work independently in fast-paced expansion environment 

Budget: 60,000 – 100,000 THB/month
