We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible finance professional to join our team!

We welcome applications from foreign nationals and Thai-Chinese candidates with solid experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, as well as the ability to communicate professionally in Chinese and English.

POSITION DETAILS

Location: Chidlom, Bangkok, Thailand

Salary: Baht 75K-150K/month

Employment Type: Full-time

Target Candidates: Foreign nationals / Thai-Chinese candidates

Languages: Chinese and English required; Thai is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage company cash flow, bank accounts, cash transactions, and treasury operations.

- Maintain internal accounting records and monitor financial transactions.

- Review and verify payroll, company expenses, and revenue.

- Coordinate with the group finance department on budgets, loans, reimbursements, financial settlements, and refunds.

- Issue invoices, coordinate payment collection, and follow up on outstanding payments.

- Supervise the internal accounting and tax teams.

- Ensure accurate financial records and timely completion of tax filings and other compliance-related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.

2. At least 2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.

3. Experience in both internal and external accounting.

4. Familiarity with corporate taxation procedures and financial compliance.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management or accounting software.

6. Professional working proficiency in Chinese and English.

7. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and time management skills.

8. Team management or supervisory experience is an advantage.
