Finance Team Leader 1

Job Purposes

Control the operations of financial management, research, and analysis, including financial audit, financial product, along with maintaining and providing financial information to support organization goals, objectives, business plan, and growth

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Control overall financial management, including financial audit and financial product, to support organization's business plan and financial status effectively
• Monitor analysis, interpretation, and researching of financial studies, local trends, relevant economic, and financial data to make reports for management and planning of budget systems, and support business operations
• Develop long-range financial forecasts and related budgets
• Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding in financial operations
• Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department
• Control making summary reports of overall financial operations to propose to the supervisor and improve the performance of the team
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
• Have knowledge in finance or mathematics
• Have analytical Numerical skills
• Have good computer skills
• Have Thai and English communication skills
• Be able to coordinate
