Finance Team Leader 2

Job Purposes

Manage and implement policy and direction development for financial activities of the organization, including control financial resources and ensure financial transactions, systems and procedures aligning with regulations, accounting principles, and standards of the organization's short and long-term financial goals

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage overall financial management, including financial audit and financial product, to support organization's business plan and financial status effectively
• Participate in analyzing data to set up annual budget and directions of financial operations to provide mutual understanding throughout the organization
• Monitor and examine analysis, interpretation, and researching of financial studies, local trends, relevant economic, and financial data to make reports for management and planning of budget systems, and support business operations
• Develop long-range financial forecasts and related budgets
• Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding in financial operations
• Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department
• Control making summary reports of overall financial operations to propose to the supervisor and improve the performance of the team
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
• Have knowledge in finance or mathematics
• Have analytical numerical skills
• Have good computer skills
• Have Thai and English communication skills
• Be able to coordinate
