FOOD PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily food factory operations, ensuring efficient production, consistent food quality, and timely supply to company outlets. Manage recipe development, food costing, procurement, inventory, food safety, and production staff to achieve operational efficiency and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food production, planning, and supply to company outlets.
• Develop and standardize recipes, spices, sauces, bases, and new food products.
• Manage food costing, raw material procurement, inventory, and wastage control.
• Lead, train, and supervise production staff to ensure productivity and compliance with SOPs.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, quality control, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitor production equipment, machinery, and facility maintenance.
• Prepare production reports, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements& Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in food production, central kitchen, or food manufacturing.
• Experience in recipe development, food costing, inventory management, and production planning.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, quality control, and production SOPs.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced food factory environment and manage production deadlines.
