About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Freelance Business Development Manager to spearhead market expansion and enterprise sales across the banking and financial services sector in Thailand. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor position based in Thailand, requiring close collaboration with our strategic teams in Singapore and China. As the primary lead for the Thailand region, you will act as a critical bridge between our regional hubs and local clients, identifying opportunities for Beyondsoft's banking technology and digital transformation solutions while building long-term relationships with premier financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions across Thailand
  • Identify and pursue enterprise sales opportunities for Beyondsoft's financial technology and digital transformation solutions
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CIO, CTO, and digital transformation leaders within financial institutions
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process including opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Work closely with internal delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to develop tailored client solutions
  • Monitor industry trends, fintech developments, and competitor activities across the regional banking sector
  • Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline within the financial services industry

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience selling technology, IT services, or digital transformation solutions
  • Exposure to the banking, financial services, or fintech sector is preferred
  • Experience engaging enterprise clients or regulated industries is advantageous
  • Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Fluency in English or Mandarin is preferred to facilitate seamless collaboration with regional teams.
